Production site and team

We manufacture at our own production site in Svitavy, Czech Republic. Around 70 employees work there in cutting, sewing and assembly, HF welding, warehousing and shipping. Administration, production engineering, pattern development and customer service are based in Kesselsdorf, Saxony.

Capacity and lead time

We manufacture up to 2,000 tents per month. Lead time for series production is 10 to 14 weeks from order confirmation, depending on the tent.

Cutting

We cut fabric and film at three stations. The tables are 8 to 12 m long.

Sewing and assembly

30 sewing stations with various machine types. We secure stress points with bartack stitching.

HF welding

We weld PVC-coated fabrics and films on high-frequency welding machines. We have two machines. The electrodes are up to 1.60 m long and 5 cm wide, with a table length of 12 m. Longer seams are welded in several cycles.

Materials

We use only high-quality materials from renowned manufacturers such as TenCate, Sioen, Achilles and YKK. We are also happy to manufacture with customer-supplied material.

Quality control

We check intermediate steps by random sampling. Every finished piece is fully inspected.

Packaging and shipping

We pack in cartons, with label and EAN to your specification. Goods are shipped on our own transport frames on Euro pallets.

Contract manufacturing
